NARN will be directly addressing the UW Board of Regents at their May 14th meeting to call on them to shut down UW’s National Primate Research Center. We will be there to provide public comment during the designated period at the start of the meeting, and we'd love to have you there to support their message.
The larger the crowd of supporters, the more influential our message to the Board of Regents can be. So come join us in this critical moment to call on the UW Board of Regents to shut down the primate research center.
We will be meeting outside the front entrance of Suzzallo Library on the UW Seattle campus at 8 am. Map link here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/gasgLiLHpU1MS4p1A
Signs will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own as well.
Close to 1,000 monkeys are currently suffering in UW’s custody. It’s time to end this injustice.

If you would like to be one of the advocates who provide public comment in coordination with this event, please reach out to Carsen Lenthall ([email protected]) before May 8th as that is when registration opens
