The Dark Side Of The Brain

The dark side of the brain is a 45-minute talk with a 10-minute interval in which I will be talking about addiction and the overall mental difficulties we as humans face in the modern world. I shall be discussing my own lived experience of addiction, which then ruined my life and my twelve-year relationship with my partner.

I will also be talking about confidence, the power of influence, and ways to control your mind and become a more productive and positive person. I will show examples of confidence and self-assurance while also explaining exactly how damaging, powerful and self-sabotaging some of these negative choices can become if not controlled early.
