A FREE Workshop on Boundaries, Human Rights & Breaking the Cycle of Emotional Violence
What if boundaries are more than personal preferences? What if they are connected to our fundamental human rights?
In The Cycle Ends With Me, we explore the connection between boundaries, human rights, self-authority, voice, choice, and relationships—and what happens when our rights are respected, ignored, or violated.
You’ll learn how to recognize when you are crossing someone else’s boundary, when someone is crossing yours, and how to respond without fear, control, retaliation, or domination.
