The Creative Exhale is a mindful, interactive experience designed to help participants release mental clutter, gain clarity, and reconnect with their inner confidence. This session’s focus is overthinking—exploring how to let go of unnecessary control and trust yourself.
Schedule & Activities:
- 3:00–3:20 PM | Mingle & Settle In
- Casual arrival time for connection, introductions, and settling into the space.
- 3:20–3:50 PM | Control vs. Let Go (Toss Game)
- What it is: A physical, fun way to decide what to hold onto and what to release.
- How it works:
- Each participant writes 4 things they’ve been overthinking on small pieces of paper.
- Two spots are set up: “Control” and “Let Go”.
- Participants toss their papers into one of the two spots and explain their choice.
- Optional reflection: “Do we really control that?”
- 3:50–4:20 PM | “If I Trusted Myself…” Journaling
- What it is: A guided journaling activity to uncover inner truths and self-trust.
- Prompt: “If I fully trusted myself, I would…”
- Participants reflect and write freely, then discuss: “What’s stopping you from doing that now?”
- 4:20–5:00 PM | Guided Meditation with RC
- Conclude with a calming, focused meditation to internalize insights and release tension.
