Remember sleepovers? Cozy clothes, snacks, crafts, and hours spent hanging out with friends? We're bringing a little of that energy back, with a grown-up twist.

Join Kasey and Emily for a relaxed gathering designed to help you unwind, get creative, and connect with others.

We'll begin with 45 minutes of gentle restorative yoga and sound, giving you space to slow down and settle in. Then, we'll trade our yoga mats for a creative activity, snacks, and good conversation.

No yoga experience or creative talent required. Just come as you are, wear something comfortable, and enjoy a cozy evening without the typical distractions.
