We all have them. The conversation with a family member. The coworker who sees the world very differently than you do. The neighbor. The friend. Or the conversation you’ve been avoiding because you’re not quite sure where it will go.
What if you felt more prepared to have it?
Join the Monadnock DEIB Coalition and Keene Public Library for The Courageous Conversation Workshop, a free, interactive workshop designed to help us navigate disagreement with more curiosity and less conflict.
This is a workshop, not a lecture. Through guided activities, role-playing, and real-life scenarios, we’ll practice how to stay calm when conversations become emotional, listen to understand rather than simply respond, ask questions that build trust, and find common ground without giving up our values.
Because connection doesn’t require agreement. It requires curiosity.☕ Light refreshments
