About this Event
Show Up North is our weekend for women, bringing together movement, wellbeing, confidence, creativity and a lot of joy across Newcastle.
The Confidence Mile is one of the Saturday morning events and you do not need a full Show Up North weekend ticket to take part.
We’re teaming up with Scott Sports and These Girls Can Run for a 3K walk or 5K run, built around one simple idea: women supporting women.
Walk it, run it, mix the two, take your time. There are no pace targets and no pressure. Just lots of encouragement, lots of cheerleading and a really joyful start to the day.
There’ll also be a mini hydration stop at the Bandstand in Exhibition Park before we head back together.
