What would it feel like to walk into a room — any room — and feel completely at home in yourself?
This month, The Community Lincoln: Women in Business is diving into one of the most important topics in both business and life: Core Confidence.
Core Confidence is an internal orientation that allows you to act from a place of genuine self-trust — showing up fully, taking risks, and bouncing back from setbacks — because your sense of self is grounded in self-respect and the promises you keep to yourself. A great quarter is wonderful. A full roster is satisfying. But Core Confidence remains even when those things are absent.
Drawing on Matthew Hussey's definition, Core Confidence grows steadily — through action, through facing fears, and through the kind of honest conversation that happens when people gather with a shared intention. The more you develop your own worth with follow-through, the more it deepens.
In our Mastermind format, something interesting happens when several people bring their experience and questions to the same topic — ideas evolve, connections spark, and the conversation goes further than any one person could take it alone. We'll explore questions like:
❓Where do you most want more confidence — in your business, your relationships, your daily choices?
❓What fears are getting in the way of the life you want?
❓What action steps can you take to move toward those fears and build real skill?
❓What promises can you make to yourself — and keep?
