Nick Rochefort and Alex Schultz are bringing your favorite hub for viewer-submitted house reviews, antique expertise, unsolicited life advice, and breaking expensive shit, LIVE to you this winter. See the guys review local and guest-submitted places and things. They'll let you know exactly how much it's going to cost you in resale value when your Grandma dies and stains her otherwise meticulously white carpets.
Nick Rochefort is a founding member of the comedy troupe Million Dollar Extreme. Currently co-hosting Perfect Guy Life with Sam Hyde and also current host of Scuffed Realtor – a weekly real estate investment livestream on YouTube. Co-Creator of the Adult Swim hit show World Peace and soon to be released World Peace: Season 2. Nick is currently sporting a rosebud and was an original club kid with Michael Alig. Nick is also an avid antiques dealer and current owner of ChamonixHouse.com.
Alex Schultz, founder of Be Nice To Me Productions LLC, is an aspiring director/comedian and recent DePaul graduate based in the Chicago area. He’s created comedic shorts, music videos and frequently collaborates with other local comedians on side projects. His style of comedy frequently comments on societal faux pas and frames them in a comedic light.
