An inclusive, restorative space for all community members regardless of identity.
About this Event

The Collective Restoration Circle is a heart- and healing-centered virtual gathering designed to transform life’s complexities into sources of wisdom, connection, and community resilience. Rooted in the Second Circle framework and Sweet Water Pedagogy, this session offers a grounded, non-hierarchical space where participants can pause, reflect, practice diligent empathy, and honor both individual and shared human experiences.

Who is this event for?
This space is open to everyone—across all identities, backgrounds, life experiences, and locations. It is especially beneficial for community organizers, educators, activists, healers, and anyone seeking a brave, restorative environment to process burnout, build authentic connection, and nurture a felt sense of global belonging.

What can participants expect during the experience?
Participants will engage in a gentle, structured flow anchored by shared community agreements ("In every chair, a leader," "Turn to wonder," and "Trust your body"):

  • Grounding & Somatic Opening: Guided breathwork and physical presence check-ins to transition out of daily hustle into a space of rest.
  • Storytelling Circle: Shared reflections on transforming "sweet and bitter" life experiences into community wisdom.
  • Group Reflection & Deep Listening: Facilitated dialogue where multiple truths coexist and every voice is honored without judgment or advice-giving.
  • Integration & Micro-Ritual Closing: A collective wrap-up focused on gratitude, self-care, and practical tools to carry into daily life.

What are the intended benefits or takeaways?
Participants will leave with:

  • A restored sense of emotional and somatic alignment.
  • Practical tools for active listening, conflict repair, and self-care.
  • A deeper feeling of interconnectedness and validation in their lived experiences.
  • Renewed energy for personal and collective liberation.

Is there anything participants should know or bring before attending?

  • What to bring: A journal or notebook, a pen, a water bottle or warm tea, and a quiet space where you can be present.
  • What to wear: Comfortable clothing that allows you to breathe deeply and sit comfortably.
Note: Come as you are. All parts of your humanity are welcomed here.
