Get ready to be catapulted into the festive spirit with a night of laughter at the Coastal Comedy Christmas Special! With three brilliant acts plus your host, this is the perfect way to celebrate the festive season at the beautiful Barrington Theatre.
Headlining the show is the one and only Terry Alderton as seen on Live at the Apollo (BBC), The Stand Up Show, Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow, and many more!
Terry is a true original: known for his razor-sharp impressions, surreal caricatures, and high-octane performances. His sets are hilariously interrupted by his two inner voices, creating a show like no other. Praised by Eddie Izzard as “a very funny man with a fantastic comedy mind… but someone who really ought to seek some sort of professional help,” Terry’s act is simply unforgettable.
Samantha Day opens the show! After three decades as an accountant and single mum, Samantha's been freed from the city and she's really hit her stride. Previously nominated for the prestigious Amused Moose Award and with 4 Edinburgh shows under her belt, Samantha is a truly original act and a rising star on the circuit.
"A highly engaging performer" Chortle
Plus the hilarious Mike Cox, winner of the prestigious Fosters South Coast Comedian of the Year Award and many more. Mike’s sharp wit and everyday cynicism have made him one to watch on the comedy circuit in recent years.
"Like an Everyman, if that Everyman had delicious cynicism and razor sharp wit." Romesh Ranganathan.
Plus your host Adrienne Coles from award-winning Coastal Comedy. This will be an unforgettable night of laughter!
