Join Detroit Champions for HOPE (DCH) for a fun, celebratory, and informative community event focused on connecting Detroit families and community partners to important resources and information around SNAP, Medicaid, and Kindergarten Oral Health Assessment (KOHA).
This gathering will celebrate the dedicated Community Navigators and partners who help Detroit families access essential resources while highlighting the connection between basic needs, family well-being, early childhood health, and kindergarten readiness.
