About this Event
Celebrate New Year’s Eve at CIELO with an evening of exceptional dining, live music, and dancing. Begin with a cocktail reception featuring passed canapés, then settle in for a five-course dinner by Executive Chef Sean Han, with wine pairings accompanying the first course and entrée.
After dinner, keep the celebration going with live band entertainment and a Champagne toast at midnight.

• Pan-Seared Crab Cake*, accompanied by a wine pairing

• Your choice of King Salmon, Guinness-Braised Prime Beef Short Rib, or Pan-Roasted Duck Breast, accompanied by a wine pairing
• Grand Marnier & Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée
• A cheese plate to finish
