🎅 The Father Christmas Grotto at The Christmas Cabin 🎄Step into the magic this Christmas and enjoy a private family visit with Father Christmas at The Christmas Cabin.
This isn’t a crowded group experience or a rushed hello. Each family will be invited into the Grotto for their own private meet & greet, giving the children time to chat with Father Christmas, tell him their Christmas wishes and create some genuinely special festive memories.
✨ Your Christmas Cabin experience includes:
✉️ The North Pole Post Room:
Before meeting Father Christmas, children can write their very own Christmas letter and post it directly into our special North Pole postbox.
🎅 Private Family Meet & Greet:
Enjoy your own family audience with Father Christmas inside our magical Grotto.
🎁 A Special Christmas Gift:
Every paying child will receive an age-appropriate present directly from Father Christmas, straight from the Elves' workshop!
📸 Professional Christmas Photos:
Our elf photographers will be there to capture the moment, with high-quality souvenir photographs available to purchase after your visit.
⏰ How your booking works:
Bookings are made in 15-minute arrival windows, helping us keep queues short and the experience relaxed.
Up to three families may arrive within each window, with families entering the Grotto privately in order of arrival.
Please arrive approximately 5 minutes before your booked time.
While you wait, children can enjoy the North Pole Post Room and prepare their letter for Father Christmas.
🎟️ Important Ticket Information:
Every booking must include at least one paying child.
👶 Babies under 12 months may attend free when accompanying an older paying sibling and can join in the family photographs. Free infant places do not include a gift.
If the only child attending is under 12 months, a standard 1 Child ticket must be purchased. This also means your little one will receive their own Christmas present from Father Christmas.
🎄 Spaces are limited and sessions are timed, so early booking is recommended.
Come and make a little Christmas magic at The Christmas Cabin. 🎅✨
