🚪 11:00 AM SHARP – Group Entry into the Museum
Please arrive at 10:45 AM, when we'll begin with friendly introductions, give everyone a chance to meet their fellow participants and explain how the challenges and activities will work.
This preparation is an important part of the experience, ensuring everyone understands the rules, meets their fellow participants and is ready to begin!
At 11:00 AM sharp, we will enter the museum together using one group booking barcode.
Please make sure you arrive on time, as our experience is organised around scheduled rounds and group activities.
⚠️ Important – Late Arrivals
To ensure everyone enjoys a smooth and uninterrupted experience, please note:
Group entry is at 11:00 AM sharp. We will enter the museum together using one group booking barcode.
If you arrive after 11:00 AM, you will not be able to enter using our group booking. You will need to arrange your own museum admission separately.
If the challenges have already started, you may need to wait until the next round before being directed to join the activity.
Late arrivals cannot interrupt ongoing challenges, as this would disrupt the experience for other participants.
Please arrive by 10:45 AM so you don't miss the introductions, important instructions or group entry!
We will not be able to delay our group entry or accommodate late arrivals under the same booking.

You will receive an email at least one day before the event inviting you to join our dedicated WhatsApp group.
Please make sure you join the WhatsApp group, as this will be our main communication channel before and during the experience.
The meeting point and any final arrangements will also be confirmed there.
