THE CHASE 5K 2026On Saturday, September 26 at 5:00 PM, The Chase returns to the Rt. 206 Bypass in Hillsborough for a rare evening 5K on a FULLY CLOSED OFF HIGHWAY!
New for 2026, The Chase 5K is the USATF New Jersey Open Men’s & Women’s Championship Race, bringing top competition to a fast, out-and-back course—while remaining open and welcoming to runners and walkers across the field. Masters awards (40+) have been added this year.
The race offers $5,000 in total cash prizes, including elite awards, local divisions, and random $100 finisher giveaways.
Following the race, participants and spectators are invited to stay for a relaxed post-race gathering featuring music and a Flounder Brewing beer garden.
