Join us around the table for The Charcuterie Session, a relaxed guided exploration of the wonderful world of artisan salami, cheese and perfectly matched drinks.For our first session, we're getting a little adventurous with three handcrafted salamis from Goose on the Loose:
*Tasmanian Pepper Berry
*Kangaroo
*Duck & Juniper Berry
Each salami will be served with a carefully selected cheese and paired drink, chosen to complement, contrast and bring out different flavours along the way.
We'll taste everything together, talk about what makes each salami unique, explore why the pairings work and, most importantly, decide which combination deserves top spot.
No charcuterie expertise required. Just bring your appetite and a willingness to try something a little different.
Your ticket includes three artisan salamis, three matched cheeses and three paired drinks.
