You don't always know what's wrong. You just know something feels heavy - foggy, tense, off center, like you're moving through the week carrying something you can't quite name. This isn't about a specific goal or a specific story. It's a biweekly space to clear whatever's collected in your system since the last time you sat down, so you're not carrying it forward.
We open with a sacred cacao ceremony, used to soften the heart and settle the nervous system before the deeper work begins. From there, we move into chanting and vocal toning, using sound to loosen and awaken the body before going inward. Then comes the Recode itself: guided work to activate each chakra energy center, one by one, bringing you into alignment with your truest essence - locating wherever density, stress, or unprocessed emotion has settled along the way, and clearing it point by point rather than trying to push through it. We close in a sharing circle, where what surfaced gets spoken and witnessed, so it doesn't stay stuck in the body on the way out the door.
Because it's biweekly, this becomes a natural rhythm of returning to yourself, releasing what's out of your alignment and ready to go, and starting the next stretch a little lighter.
Whenever life leaves you overwhelmed, scattered, or far from yourself, this is where you come back to center.
