About this Event
When you’re caring for someone you love, there’s rarely a moment to stop. This is that moment.
In honor of National Family Caregivers Month, join Gigi for a 60-minute session created especially for those caring for a loved one. The first 45 minutes are a sound bath. There’s nothing to do and nothing to prepare. Simply lie back, close your eyes, and let the sound carry you into rest. Blankets and eye masks will be ready so you can fully settle in.
Then we’ll close with 15 minutes of tea and talk, or quiet if that’s what you need. Choose from a few warm blends and share as much or as little as feels right.
Come as you are. Arrive late or slip out early if you need to. You belong here either way.
