About this Event
Tired of starting Monday already feeling behind?
What if you could begin your week feeling more grounded, intentional, and realistic about what you can actually take on?
The Capacity Reset is a free, guided Sunday experience designed to help you slow down, reflect on the week behind you, and prepare for the week ahead—without adding another expectation to your already full plate.
Facilitated by Kris Monkou, founder of The Whole Being Coach, this recurring practice invites you to rethink how you approach your time, energy, and well-being.
As a local Burnout Prevention & Capacity Coach and entrepreneur, Kris works with individuals, teams, and the broader community to reimagine what it means to prioritize their well-being, recognize the signs of burnout, and make meaningful changes before exhaustion takes a serious toll on their health.
What Is The Capacity Reset?
The Capacity Reset offers a supportive space for anyone looking to build a consistent practice of weekly reflection, reset their priorities, and plan for the week ahead around the energy and capacity they actually have—not the energy they wish they had.
This isn't about squeezing more productivity into your schedule or creating another list of things you should be doing.
It's about learning to work with yourself, rather than against yourself.
Each facilitated session creates space to:
- Reflect: Look back on your week. What worked? What felt overwhelming? What might you approach differently?
- Reset: Reconnect with yourself, acknowledge your current capacity, and consider what deserves your attention.
- Reimagine: Challenge expectations about what you should accomplish and make room for what matters to you.
- Plan: Approach the coming week with realistic priorities that respect your time, energy, and well-being.
Who Is This For?
Anyone who feels stretched thin, overwhelmed by competing responsibilities, or simply wants to be more intentional about how they move through the week.
Whether you're balancing work, family, caregiving, community commitments, or personal goals, this space is for you.
You don't need to be experiencing burnout to benefit. Building sustainable practices before reaching exhaustion is part of the purpose.
Come as you are. All are welcome.
