The Burton Big Band has been entertaining audiences for more than 60 years. Formed to play music from the Swing Era, the band’s original members were indeed from Burton. More recently players and vocalists have joined from across the Midlands.
Their repertoire from the bands led by Duke Ellington, Glen Miller, Henry Mancini, and Count Basie, includes vocals from Jack Graeme, performing classics from Frank Sinatra, Bobby Darin, and Gene Kelly.
