Join Hannah Nedas & Hannah Goodman from Grounded Life with live musicians for a unique breathwork session.
Musicians Seren Rose, Dusk, Elian Kidd & Hannah Nedas will weave live co-created soundscapes that invite us into the unfolding song of our internal and external worlds.
A sensory journey that awakens the listening body, attuning to subtle shifts and meeting the landscapes of our being.
Conscious breathwork supports the respiratory, immune, circulatory, nervous and digestive systems of the body, nurturing your whole being: mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually.
This is a space to soften the noise of everyday life, returning to presence and possibility. Where deeper awareness opens the door to more empowered and life-affirming choices, remembering the inherent wisdom of your own body and breath.
No experience necessary – all levels welcome.
