The Breathing Concerts (finally in Berlin!)

Benji, Jesse and I will create the fundament of the evening. But this time we invited Anna-Maria Hefele, and she said yes! Anna-Maria is a gifted singer with a truly unique ability. She can sing multiple notes at once, creating ethereal harmonies that seem to come from another galaxy. This will bring us even deeper into our breathing journey. Combined with her mastery of the harp and ancient instruments, we will create sonic landscapes that guide us effortlessly into those deep, transformative states. I immediately saw how this will magically blend with the core essence of our Breathing Concerts, that sacred alchemy of breath, heart rhythm, and transcendent sound that opens us to our deepest truth. My band and I cannot wait to create this magic with Anna-Maria for you, and we hope you will join us for this unique event. (You really don't want to miss this! ;))))

The Breathing Concerts dream began in East Germany in 2023, where Adrian lives. After a trial concert, multiple sold-out tours and our collab with Ekaterina Shelehova, we’re now here, with the incredible collaboration between Adrian, Benji, Jesse and the outer-earthly voice of Anna-Maria Hefele.

I’d love for you to try and experience it! But no, you’re welcome to simply enjoy the music and the energy flowing through the space. You don’t have to breathe to the rhythm of my music. I’d say give it a try; you can always return to your normal rhythm.

It’s for everyone! Whether you have no experience at all, are an expert, or somewhere in between. :) By the way, I always say that everyone is an expert, you’ve been breathing since birth, right? 😉 Come alone, with your friends, your yoga group, or your breathwork club. See you there!

Next to Adrian, 2 other magicians/musicians are part of our core team: Jesse and Benji of 'De Meemakers', which means 'Die Mitmachers'. Two wonderful souls with the same mission and frequency.

Anna-Maria is a truly unique artist known for her extraordinary gift of polyphonic overtone singing, where she sings multiple notes simultaneously, creating ethereal harmonies that seem to come from another galaxy. Combined with her mastery of the harp and ancient instruments, she creates sonic landscapes that guide listeners into deep, transformative states. Her mystical artistry will magically blend with the core essence of our Breathing Concerts, that sacred alchemy of breath, heart rhythm, and transcendent sound that opens us to our deepest truth. Trust me, you never heared something like this before.

First, an opening exercise to create space to receive what wants to come through. Then we will flow into Heart Coherence Breathing to dive deep into our heart and discover our inner feelings.

Slow Down Breathing follows, where time and space dissolve into pure presence. Next comes Wind Breathing, where we will transform from a gentle breeze on a summer day to a powerful winter storm, clearing space for new life to emerge like the fresh spring wind.

We will then use our voice to awaken and feel our deepest self-love, and of course we will complete our journey with the Love Breathing. This is my favorite breathwork, where we create loving energy for every cell in our body and send it flowing through the church tower into the world, to all the places that need it most. ( I know this sounds spiri-wiri, but it is also backed up by science. A study have shown how groups of meditating monks could measurably reduce crime in entire cities, and I believe our collective presence creates similar ripples of light that reach far beyond the church walls. With all the things happening in the world today, I believe it is even more important than ever before. But don’t believe anything I am saying, or science. Just experience it yourself, and decide if this is also your truth.)

It will be a complete journey, a sacred flight. From take-off to gentle touch-down, we will guide you with your breath and our live music. You can breathe along with the rhythms or simply close your eyes and let the frequencies wash over you like a music concert. Everything will be live and intuitive. We'll play and improvise based on what the moment calls for, responding to the collective energy in the room.

It will be a trip home to yourself. Let's meet home.

Final words
I spoke with Anna-Maria, and the rest of the team this week, and we are incredibly excited! I would actually love to sit among you to experience what it’s like to breathe together with soooo many people at the same rhythm. To simply enjoy and dive deep into myself. But I am proud and grateful to organize this, and I enjoy that tremendously too. A big, beautiful step.
