About this Event
The Breath Room · Berlin
Every Monday, 6:00 pm · starting 30 November 2026 · Berlin-Neukölln
Everyone breathes. Few breathe the way the body was built to.
The Breath Room is a space to understand how regulated breathing actually works, from a neurophysiological and neuropsychological perspective. What happens in the body when the breath is allowed to flow freely. How you can tell that you are breathing in a physiologically sound way. And why your nervous system responds to it.
What to expect
- An ongoing format that builds week by week
- Grounded knowledge of breath mechanics and regulation, connected to your own perception
- Practice in silence, in a room where everyone gives each other the space they need
- An understanding of how co-regulation really works: what happens between people when a room becomes quiet
What the Breath Room is not
Not breathwork. No spiritual journey, no peak experience. This is about physiology, perception and stillness.
Who it is for
People with prior experience in breath, voice or body work who want to deepen their understanding.
Good to know
My dog, a husky, is always in the room. If you have a pet hair allergy, the Breath Room is unfortunately not the right fit.
Places are limited and registration is required.
