Join us for a beautiful morning of breath, sound, connection, and self-love beneath the red rocks of Sedona.
On Sunday, June 28th at 8:00 AM, we’ll gather creekside in the Village of Oak Creek for a powerful Breath & Sound Journey designed to help you release what no longer serves you, reconnect with your heart, and return to the truth of who you are.
This free, donation-based community gathering will be facilitated by Christopher and Jaime Lambert and will include guided breathwork, meditation, intention setting, and a deeply immersive sound healing experience.
