The Boss Exchange: An Elevated Impact Gathering
The Boss Exchange is an intentional evening of connection, culture, community, and impact created to bring together business owners, creatives, CEOs, CFOs, entrepreneurs, professionals, nonprofit leaders, and community leaders in one space.
This is not a traditional networking event. The evening is designed to feel social, elevated, and engaging while creating opportunities for real conversations, new relationships, and meaningful support for Shop With A Boss.
Guests can expect a curated experience featuring music from a live DJ, thoughtfully selected food, interactive photo experiences, a silent auction, and intentional opportunities to connect with professionals, entrepreneurs, creatives, executives, and community leaders throughout the evening.
The purpose of The Boss Exchange is to raise support for Shop With A Boss.
Funds and sponsorships generated through this gathering will help provide young people with the opportunity to participate in the upcoming Shop With A Boss experience, where they will shop alongside entrepreneurs, professionals, mentors, and community leaders while being exposed to mentorship, financial empowerment, and new possibilities. Those who are unable to attend can still make a direct impact by selecting the $100 Sponsor a Child option.

Guests will have the opportunity to sponsor a child for $100.
Each $100 sponsorship helps support one young person participating in the upcoming Shop With A Boss experience.
You may sponsor one child or multiple children, and every sponsorship helps us serve another young person.

About Shop With A Boss
Shop With A Boss is an initiative of The Entrepreneur Education & Development Center that gives young people the opportunity to participate in a holiday shopping experience alongside entrepreneurs, professionals, mentors, and community leaders.
The experience is designed to go beyond shopping by exposing youth to mentorship, financial empowerment, positive role models, and possibilities for their future.
