What you actually need to qualify. Pre-approval, loan types, rate buydowns currently available at Ember Glen, and DPA programs that work with new construction in Charlotte. Real numbers for real buyers.
🏘️ **Terrance — Ember Glen Sales Representative**
The community walk. Terrance takes your group through Ember Glen showing you the available units, current pricing, builder incentives on the table right now and what's already under contract. This is where you see your future home.
✍️ **The Close + Open Mixer (4:50 PM–)**
Xavier brings the room together one final time. Blueprint Packets in hand. Anyone ready to move forward can sign tonight, contract tables are set up and the team is ready. Nobody leaves without a next step!
