**TENT REQUIREMENTS:** ALL VENDORS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN **FULLY WHITE 10x10FT WEIGHTED DOWN TENT** (Must be 80lbs minimum). IF YOU HAVE A CUSTOM BRANDED TENT, PLEASE REACH OUT PRIOR TO APPLYING.
- All tents must be secured with 20 or more lbs. on each leg. We are not responsible for any damages to products, booths, or personal items due to shifting or moving of tents.
- Any setup is allowed as long as you stay within your allotted space and does not interfere with other vendor booths. Tables must be within your allotted space. GET CREATIVE!
**FOOD VENDORS:** All prepared food and beverage vendors must pull a temporary food permit from the city of The Colony. Must pull 30 days prior to event date. NO OPEN FLAME/GRILL OPERATING BUSINESSES WILL BE APPROVED FOR THIS LOCATION.
**BOOTH SHARING:** Only (1) vendor wristband will be given. (1) business per allotted space will be allowed. Vendors are NOT allowed to sell their spaces to other vendors, bring in other vendors to sell with them, transfer their space, or give their space away for any reason. This is for the safety of all our attendees and vendors as each business and responsible personnel must be accounted for.
**APPROVAL PROCESS:** ALL SUBMISSIONS ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL. Acceptance is not guaranteed, even if you are a returning vendor. Due to the volume of interest, The Melting Pot Market does not send denial emails or messages. If not accepted, funds will be reversed to your account.
Please submit your business social media accounts, sites, and email when applying. Personal accounts unrelated to your business will not be approved. You must submit payment, then you will be approved/denied.
Once APPROVED, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions and a unique QR CODE.
If DENIED, your vendor fee will automatically reversed back to you. We reserve the right to refuse approval for any reason.

**PERMITS:** All vendors are responsible for obtaining any and all permits required to perform their services. This includes and is not limited to food vendors, tattoo artists, piercers, and any beauty professionals.
**REFUNDS:** THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, OR RESCHEDULES IF YOU CANCEL OR CAN NO LONGER ATTEND.
**ALL SALES ARE FINAL**
**WEATHER:** Each event is a rain or shine event and will continue on unless otherwise communicated. Rescheduling of an event will only take place due to extreme weather (Excessive Heat / Freezing Conditions / Lightning Storms)
