Calling all past, present and future?!?! International Blood Bowl coaches (AND EVERYONE ELSE)… the World Cup 2027 in Malta is without a shadow of a doubt going to be an incredible occasion. However, not everyone can make it. If that’s you, come to the Blood Bowl Interbashional! The Temu version of International Blood Bowl events in 2027. What is it?
There are two events at the Interbashional - one for 3-person teams, and one singles tournament. These events are merely regular scale LGS capacity tournaments of 16 players in the singles event and 48 players in the team event so to be clear this is not a grand scale convention hall tournament (these numbers may flex of course if there is more demand for the singles, etc.). If you’re a current or former International player, or part of a wider squad, it would be great if you cobble together rag tag groups of fellow countrymen and women, don your team shirts and compete for the glory of your people - whether that’s in the team event or the singles category, or both! And if you’re not part of an international squad, come anyway! Both events are completely open invite and are not exclusive to international team players. And anyway who knows, this could be where you earn your call up! (It’s worth noting that it’s perfectly fine for a team with no affiliation with an official international blood bowl organisation to “represent” a country. This is for fun, afterall).
Again there is no requirement to be part of a recognised international set up to play, whether you want to represent England or your club team the West Crumblington Super Sharks, that’s fine!
