Join us for an evening bringing rugby and the wider community together to raise awareness around mental health and wellbeing.
Expect an honest and engaging Q&A with profeional stars, hosted by The Ruck & Maul Club, live music, and great food from Bayfield Catering / Scrum & Bun.
Most importantly, it’s an opportunity to talk, listen, connect and help break the stigma around mental health, while supporting and raising awareness for vital charities and organisations.
