⏱️ HOW CAKE TASTING WORKS
Cake Picnic Style Wristband System
To ensure fairness, availability and a great experience for everyone, cake tasting is organized using colored wristbands and timed tasting waves.
🎟️ WRISTBANDS
Every ticketed guest receives a colored wristband at check-in.
Your wristband color determines your guaranteed cake tasting window.
Wristbands are assigned based on arrival time.
This system helps prevent crowding and ensures everyone gets cake.
🍰 DURING YOUR TASTING WINDOW
You may freely walk the cake tables.
Take one small tasting portion at a time.
Return for additional tastings during your window.
Cakes are cut and managed by event staff and volunteers.
Outside of your tasting window, you’re welcome to enjoy the local vendors, drinks, live music, Christmas decorations, photo opportunities and garden atmosphere.
