This session will be lead by Rita K. Gasto (THE Stress Disruptor) who will equip entrepreneurs with practical stress management strategies to navigate the demands of the holiday season while maintaining well-being and peak performance throughout the year.
Rita is a Resilience & Stress Management Educator and workshop facilitator who has lived the message she delivers. She knows firsthand how stress overload quietly destroys your health, your relationships, and your life - and she's made it her mission to change that.
