This isn’t about sitting through hours of slides telling you what happens in labour. It’s about knowing what to do when it’s actually happening. Led by experienced Midwives Emma and Louisa, our antenatal education brings together evidence, real clinical experience and practical preparation for birth, baby and those first days.
We’ll help you understand your options, your choices, what questions to ask, how your partner and support team can help, and how to navigate things if pregnancy and birth don’t follow the plan.
