Midwest ShowMakerz presents The Big Fat Desi Wedding Experience, a two-day celebration bringing the energy, traditions, fashion, music, and excitement of a Big Fat Indian Wedding to Indianapolis.
Join us at Garnet Waterfront Hotel, Indianapolis for an immersive desi wedding experience featuring a wedding fashion show, mehendi, sangeet, live performances, a grand baraat, wedding reception, DJs, dancing, vendors, and plenty of surprises.

6:00 PM – 7:00 PM | Mehendi & Wedding Exhibition
Explore live mehendi artists, Indian bridal and wedding clothing, jewelry, makeup, wedding vendors, and exhibitions.
7:00 PM – 8:00 PM | Desi Wedding Fashion Show
Experience an Indian bridal and wedding fashion showcase featuring designers, models, and a live fashion presentation.
8:00 PM – 10:00 PM | Sangeet & Mehendi Night
Get ready for live dhol, dancing, games, multiple MCs, mehendi, live performances, and full-on wedding vibes.
EXHIBITION & VENDORS OPEN ALL NIGHT
The wedding exhibition will remain open throughout the evening, with vendors available for the entire duration of the event.
Friday, September 25 is FREE ENTRY. No ticket is required.

7:00 PM – 8:00 PM | The Baraat
Get ready for a grand baraat featuring dhol, dancing, and a full wedding procession celebration.
8:00 PM – 11:00 PM | Wedding Reception Celebration
The main reception comes alive with multiple MCs, multiple DJs, live entertainment, dancing, dinner, and multiple surprises.
11:00 PM – 2:00 AM | Indoor After Party
Keep the celebration going with DJs, dancing, music, and a late-night party atmosphere.
