Who is she? The version of you that exists just beyond where you are right now.
The Future -Self day Retreat is a day dedicated to discovering exactly that.
We open with a cacao ceremony, a heart opening ritual designed to help you arrive fully and open the door to self love.
From there we move into future self visualisation. A guided meditation to help you connect with the woman you are becoming, what she feels like, what she believes, what she has already achieved.
We then move into a future self exercise, getting clear on exactly what you're calling into your life and what you're ready to release. Science shows that when we write down what we want and get truly clear on it, we are far more likely to achieve it.
You will write a letter to your future self on beautiful paper, which we will post back to you in one year's time. A powerful way to track your growth and reflect on how far you've come.
The heart of the day is a deep breathwork journey, guided into higher states of consciousness, followed by integration and a guided future self meditation to anchor everything that has moved through you.
We close with a healing sound bath, the perfect way to settle everything into the body before you leave.
Lunch and refreshments are included throughout the day.
This is a day to get clear, to reconnect and to spend time with the woman you already are.
