🌸 From ages 4 to 24 – The Becoming
We will gently revisit the passage from the little girl to the awakened, embodied young woman.
What is lived in these early years shapes the foundation of the woman you are today.
Through compassionate and truthful reflection, we will allow what has been held or frozen to soften, integrate, and come back into flow.
🌺The Woman in Her Power – Authority, Desire, and Creation
How do you root yourself deeply in who you are, while keeping your heart open?
How do you honor your creative and life-giving energy?
How do you embody your authority, your desire, your vital force?
We will explore the sacred dance between the feminine and masculine within, your true identity, and the living relationship you cultivate with yourself and others.
🌕 Menopause and Elderhood – The Passage into Inner Fertility
Menopause is not an ending, but a threshold into a new form of fertility—an inner blossoming.
The paths you have walked, the losses, the resilience, the gifts… all distill into essence.
Creativity, transmission, presence, and deep inner peace become powerful allies.
Each woman will be supported in touching the wisdom, dignity, and profound beauty of this stage of ripened being.

FACILITATOR: VASANTI
Born in Burgundy, France, mother of three children, Vasanti is an international Tantra facilitator, certified body psychotherapist in Sexual Grounding Therapy, practitioner of Character-Analytic Vegetotherapy (VGA), and Wilhelm Reich’s original Body Therapy.
Facilitator of the training for “Ecstasy and Love” with Margot Anand until 2014.
For more than 20 years, Vasanti's work has been deeply influenced by the vital force or sexual energy that constitutes our being and allows love to express itself fully.
Whether through Tantra, through the teaching of Wilhelm Reich, or through Sexual Grounding Therapy, her work bridges between therapeutic work, ancestral rituals and Tantra.
A central aspect of Vasanti’s work is supporting the integration of the human being in their emotional, physical, and spiritual dimensions, opening the way toward a healthier relationship with oneself, with others, and with life energy itself.
Vasanti has over 20 years of experience facilitating groups and workshops for people of all generations in France, Estonia, Finland, Russia, Ukraine, and many other countries. She is also a resident teacher at the annual Ibiza Tantra Festival.
Her love for intergenerational work inspired her to create the first international festival for young adults (18–35 years old) in 2019: the Impulse Festival in France.
