About this Event
Join our monthly women’s gathering, a creative and intentional space to slow down, reconnect, and come back to yourself.
Inspired by the trees releasing their leaves, this month we’ll gather to explore the beauty of letting go.
Together, we will reflect on what we may be holding onto out of guilt, fear, anger, obligation, or habit, and gently create space for what we are ready to release. Just as autumn reminds us that letting go is a natural part of growth, we will explore how releasing what no longer serves us can make room for peace, clarity, and new beginnings! We will also create a pumpkin flower arrangement!!
•Connect with your creativity making a pumpkin flower arrangement
• A letting go ritual inspired by the changing season and the natural cycles of life
• Mindful moments of stillness and sound to invite relaxation, release tension, and reconnect with yourself
• A warm, intimate circle where you can share, connect, reflect, and feel supported by other women
•All inclusive
Just like nature, we move through seasons of growth, change, rest, and renewal. We are cyclical beings, and we aren’t meant to bloom all the time.
Sometimes, letting go begins with simply acknowledging what we’re carrying and allowing ourselves to share it in a safe space, without judgment🍂🍁
