3 MINS U16/U18/Adults (18+) and 2 MINS UNDER 14 AND MASTERS
WIN WITH ONE IPPON IN ALL 3 PARTS (STRIKE, THROW, HOLDDOWN/SUBMISSION)
3 POINTS (IPPON) FOR HEAD KICK OR SUBMISSION
2 POINTS (IPPON) FOR UNBLOCKED CLEAN STRIKE, CONTROLLED THROW OR 15 SECOND HOLDDOWN
JJIF HEAD IMPACT FREE Contact Jiu-Jitsu
U21/Adults (18+) Only
STRIKES (Punch, Kick, Knee) ALLOWED IN ALL PARTS (Standing, Gripping or on Ground)
Inside and outside leg kicks above the knee are allowed - no straight strikes to knees
No kicks or knees to down opponent
NO STRIKES ALLOWED TO THE HEAD IN ANY PART
Match is won by submission or stoppage (TKO, Unable or Unwilling to defend, 5-Count)
