The Ayurvedic Supper Club - Dosha Dinner Series

Join us at the Viva Ananda Bhavan at the foot of Camelback Mountain for an immersive evening of ancient Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga. Here, what you eat is the foundation of your entire being and root of internal balance.
We’ll kick off the evening with a cleansing ceremony upon entering the property, where Dr. Thanki will identify your Dosha.
The guests can enjoy the vibrant property during the meet and greet with a refreshing, seasonal mocktail before joining the community table.
Throughout the evening, Dr. Thanki will guide you through the basic principles of Ayurveda and explain ways to integrate this healing practice into your everyday life.
Chef Jenn will curate a nourishing and exciting three-course dinner that is customized to your dosha, featuring gut friendly satvic foods.
We will close the evening with some intention setting, as each guest recieves a gift bag full of Ayurvedic treats to continue the practice long after they leave the table.
