About this Event
The Autumn Threshold is an intimate women's circle centered around Ground • Listen • Return - an evening of breathwork, sound, intuitive connection, and reflection designed to help you reconnect with yourself as we enter a new season.
Through breath, intuition, sound, and reflection, we'll ground, listen to what's asking for our attention, and return to the season ahed with greater clairty.
Together, we'll move through a guided breathwork journey, an intuitve crystal experience, and a crystal bowl sound bath, with space to journal, reflect, and connect.
No previous experience with breathwork, crystals, or meditation is needed.

Bring a blanket, pillow, water, journal and anything else to help you feel comfortable.
** Please arrive between 6:15 - 6:25 PM so you have time to settle into your space. The circle will begin promptly at 6:30 PM
