The Autumn Rebalance Retreat
Step into the beauty of autumn and release the busyness of everyday life. Our Rebalance Autumn Retreat offers a peaceful, restorative space designed to nourish your mind, body, and soul—inviting deep relaxation, clarity, and renewal.
A Season for Letting Go
Like the trees shedding their leaves, autumn calls us to pause, reflect, and reset. This retreat is an invitation to slow down, listen to your inner wisdom, and align with the rhythm of the season. Over the weekend, you’ll be guided to release what no longer serves you, reconnect with what truly brings you joy, and plant seeds for a more intentional, restorative winter ahead.
What Awaits You
Sacred time for reflection and renewal
Healing meditations and nourishing visualisations
Gentle guidance to bring clarity and balance
Visioning and intention setting to map out your path forward
Shared sacred space for connection and support
Infused with deeply soothing Reiki energy, each moment of this retreat is crafted to nourish your soul and support inner transformation. There will also be time to simply be - whether that’s reading by the fire, taking a peaceful nap, strolling along the beach, or relaxing in the hot tub under the autumn sky.
A Sanctuary in Nature
Nestled within 18 acres of breathtaking Cornish countryside, Pencuke Farm’s modern barns offer a cosy, tranquil space for our retreat. With log burners, a hot tub, and the salty sea air carrying whispers from the nearby coastline, it’s the perfect setting to reconnect with yourself and the natural world.
