The Autumn Exhale: A Somatic Reset Before the Holiday Season

Before the calendars fill, the lists get longer, and the holiday rush begins, take an evening to exhale.
The Autumn Exhale is a warm, grounding workshop designed to help you release accumulated stress, reconnect with your body, and enter the busy season feeling more centred and intentional.
We’ll begin with breath and gentle somatic practices before moving into intuitive movement designed to shake off tension, quiet the busy mind, and give the body space to move in the ways it needs.
As we slow things down, we’ll turn our attention toward the season ahead. What actually matters to you this holiday season? What brings you joy, and what are you doing simply because you feel you should? Through gentle reflection, we’ll explore the boundaries, intentions and small acts of self-care that can help you protect your energy while still showing up for the people and traditions you love.
Finally, we’ll get cozy and settle into a deeply restorative seasonal Yoga Nidra, giving your body and mind permission to stop, rest and simply receive.
No yoga, dance or meditation experience is needed. Everything is accessible, adaptable, and offered as an invitation.
Move. Release. Set your intentions. Rest.
Before you make the lists, buy the gifts, attend the parties and take care of everyone else put yourself on the calendar.
Please note: essential oils will be used in this class
