With 25+ years of boots-on-the-ground experience in Human Resources, CJ Ballinger SPHR MBA knows HR solutions that work for employers. She started her career with Texas Workforce Commission in unemployment claims, and over the years, has served businesses in Employee Relations, Recruitment and Safety. She started My HR Consulting in 2012 to focus on serving small businesses. She is a certified Senior HR professional (SPHR), a graduate St. Mary’s University (MBA) and an OSHA Authorized Instructor. Her workshops include HR tools and tips designed for small business.
