Join us at the Museum for a harmonious blend of artistic inspiration and mindful movement! Our Saturday sessions are from 9:30–11am. Experience how close looking at art and practicing yoga in the beautiful spaces of the Museum can foster relaxation and connection. Each yoga session includes a guided mindful looking session in one of the Museum’s current exhibitions.
