Most of us were taught how to give. Very few of us were taught how to receive.The Art of Worship is a two night immersion by the Portuguese coast for learning to let love in without feeling you owe anything back. Through connection, movement, breath, sensuality, singing and guided practices on worth and worship, we explore what changes when we treat our relationships as prayer.
What to expect:
A warm opening ceremony with. Dance, play and heart to heart connection. Guided practices on receiving, boundaries and trust. A singing circle. A Temple space of feasting, play and pleasure. Meals included. A rooftop sauna, terraces and a firepit in a beautiful old mill house, a short walk from the beach.
The weekend is held with clear agreements, consent at every step, and a sober and conscious space. Everything is optional. You can come alone, with a partner or with a friend, and you don’t need any experience.
