You may be good at running a life together: planning the week, managing responsibilities and looking after the people around you.About this Event
When did you last ask what closeness, pleasure and commitment mean to each of you now? The answers can change even when you love each other.
Led by Dr Martha Tara Lee, Relationship Counsellor & Clinical Sexologist and founder of Eros Coaching since 2009, The Art of Us is a three-hour relationship workshop drawing on established research on love, intimacy and desire. We will look at what helps you feel known, what gives pleasure room to grow, and whether your everyday choices still fit the relationship you want.
Expect plain discussion of affection, sex, personal space, time, money and care, with guided reflection and practical questions you can use beyond the workshop. Attend with your partner or on your own. You will leave with a private relationship map and one conversation you want to begin. Sharing is optional; no touch exercises or personal disclosures to the group are required.
Who it is for
Couples and individuals in relationships who want to feel more connected, make room for enjoyment, and think about how their relationship is growing. All sexual orientations and gender identities are welcome. Attend together or on your own.
