About this Event
Step into the world of artisan chocolate making in this immersive four-hour, hands-on bon bon class.
Guests will learn the process of creating beautiful molded chocolates from start to finish. We’ll begin by working with colored cocoa butter and polycarbonate molds, where you’ll learn techniques for painting and decorating your molds—and have plenty of room to get creative with your own designs.
Next, you’ll learn how to prepare three different styles of ganache, including how to achieve the proper texture and consistency for filling chocolates. From there, you’ll pipe your bon bons, learn how to properly cap and finish each piece, and finally unmold your creations to reveal your finished chocolates.
By the end of the class, you’ll have experienced the complete bon bon-making process and will leave with your own handcrafted artisan chocolates to take home.
Class length: Approximately 4 hours
No previous chocolate-making experience required.
