About this Event
The Art of Storytelling with Sound and Soul
Come Hear the Stories We Carry.
What happens when artists tell their stories without being confined to one form?
The Art of Storytelling with Sound and Soul brings together four distinct voices and creative expressions for an evening rooted in music, storytelling, connection, and community.
Featuring:
Kiki Breevlife: Hip-Hop Storytelling
Sassy: Vocal Storytelling
Gedeus: Jazz Saxophone Storytelling
Marquita Niles: Spoken Word
Hosted and curated by Kiki Breevlife, this gathering is an invitation to experience storytelling beyond the traditional page through rhythm, melody, improvisation, words, memory, and the energy created when artists and community come together in the same room.
This event is rooted in a simple belief: Our stories deserve space.
Our voices deserve to be heard.
Whether you're an artist, a longtime supporter of the arts, someone exploring your own creative voice, or simply someone who loves a good story, you are welcome here.
Come hear the stories we carry.
