About this Event
The Art of Sisterhood is a free, public storytelling and arts event centering Black women's voices, brought to Morgan State University's campus and the Baltimore community.
Theme: "The Stories That Shape Us"
Join us for an evening that combines a community marketplace of local artists, a gallery walk of original visual art, a keynote address, a spoken word showcase, DJ-facilitated music, a live panel discussion, a participatory Digital Story Wall, and a growing community art installation. This is not a night where you simply watch, you become part of the art.
The evening will have contributions from Black women artists, storytellers, and scholars from Morgan State's School of Community Health & Policy alongside the Baltimore community.
Free and open to students, faculty/staff, and the public.
