In this course, you’ll have the opportunity to explore a variety of materials and mark-making techniques while creating a series of pieces that encourage you to consider your own artistic taste and the unique way you put your hand to paper.
In this course, you’ll come away with:
- New methods for loosening up your work
- A new vocabulary for talking about your creative process
- Ways to use familiar materials in unexpected ways
- A deeper understanding of your own artistic preferences and mark-making

- Graphite
- Charcoal
- Ink
- Collage paper
This course is suitable for both beginning and more advanced artists. No previous experience is required. Just bring your curiosity and willingness to experiment!
